Compliance with COVID-19 safety procedures and protocols require that we implement new procedures on our farm for your safety, the safety of our staff and others who may visit our farm. We are diligently following guidelines set forth by CDC and the New York State government and the associated requirement to limit capacity. We will continue to strive to make our farm safe and enjoyable for our customers, staff and community. Your support and understanding is appreciated.
– First and foremost in order for all our customers to have a safe visit to our farm will operate at a reduced capacity from our normal full attendance as required by the regulations.
– If you arrive after we have reached our capacity limit, you will be advised that the farm is closed and that you should return another time. We ask that you respect the staff that will be handling this part of our operation.
– All visitors (except age 2 years and under) to the farm will be required to wear face coverings at all times, which cover your mouth and nose.
– Social distancing must be practiced by everyone at the farm.
– If you are sick or not feeling well, please stay home and get better soon.
– There are hand washing and sanitizing stations located on the farm, we request that you use these stations and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.
– Pets will not be permitted on the farm.
– Picnicking and outside food is not permitted.
Changes to our Specific Operations:
HOURS OF OPERATION: The farm is OPEN Wednesdays-Mondays and Closed on Tuesdays in November (except Thanksgiving week November 24th the Farm will be open) .
FARM MARKET
– The market will be restricted to one-way traffic, customers will enter at the north end of the market and exit at the south end of the market. The number of customers in the building will be limited to 15 at any one time.
BAKERY
– There will be a limited menu available for purchase. It will include apple cider donuts, strudels and fresh baked pies.
– Customers will not enter the bakery building.
– Customers will place orders for all bakery products at the windows designated for ordering.
– Orders will be picked up at the counter located at the main door to the bakery.
– Due to COVID-19 restrictions, picnic tables will not be available.
CHRISTMAS & HOLIDAY PIE ORDERS
– We are currently accepting Pie orders for this 2020 Holiday season. Please see the form on our Contact Page to place an order.
CHOOSE-N-CUT CHRISTMAS TREES
– As of 12/7 we are sold out of trees to cut from the field. We have pre-cut Fraser Fir trees left ranging 5-7ft in height.
– We will be REQUIRING RESERVATIONS for this 2020 Holiday Season to be admitted to the Christmas tree plantation.
– Outside food and tailgating is not permitted.
– No pets are allowed.
– Hand sanitation is key and we request you wash your hands before entering and after exiting the fields or apply hand sanitizer.
– No bags or back-packs will be allowed in the fields. Small diaper bags will be permitted.
– Due to social distancing rules we will not be offering a tractor ride to and from the field. The wagon ride will be used to transport Christmas trees only. You must be able to walk to and from the field.
WINERY
– Due to state restrictions, the winery will not be open for wine tastings or glasses on the weekends.
– Bottles of wine for off-premises consumption will be available in the Farm Market.
GROUPS & PARTY RESERVATIONS
– Unfortunately, this year we are unable to host groups or parties on the farm property.
